2. Data we process
We process the data you choose to send through the website form or by email, such as name, email address, company, country, request content, styles, quantities, sizes and colours. Hosting systems may also record technical data strictly required for website security and operation, including IP address, date and time, requested page and browser or device information.
Please do not include special-category or unnecessary personal data in your message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- answering requests for information, availability, prices and quotations, and taking pre-contractual steps requested by you: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- managing contracts, administration and accounting and complying with legal obligations: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR;
- protecting the website, preventing abuse and defending the controller’s rights: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The acknowledgement box in the form is not marketing consent; it confirms that this notice has been read. We do not use the data for newsletters or marketing without a separate and valid legal basis.
4. Providing your data
Required fields are necessary to answer your request. Without them, the form cannot be sent, but you may contact us directly by email or telephone.
5. Recipients and processing
Data is handled by authorised staff and may be disclosed, where necessary, to hosting, email and technical support providers, professional advisers, carriers or public authorities where required by law. Providers processing data on our behalf are subject to appropriate data-protection obligations. We do not sell or publicly disclose personal data.
If a provider entails a transfer outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR and the applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Requests and related correspondence are normally retained for up to 24 months after the latest contact. Data connected with orders, contracts, invoices, disputes or legal obligations may be retained for the longer periods required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and, where processing is based on consent, withdrawal of consent, subject to Articles 15–22 GDPR. Write to info@confezionidalian.com or the certified email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority.
8. Automated decisions and updates
We do not carry out profiling or decisions based solely on automated processing. This notice may be updated; the date above identifies the published version.
